How a project runs

Three stages, start to finish.

Design

We measure the space, talk through materials and profiles, and settle on a design before anything is cut.

2

Build

Each piece is built, joined and dry-fit in the shop, where cuts stay square and finishes go on clean.

3

Install

We deliver and set the finished piece in place, scribed and trimmed to fit the room exactly.

Tim's Custom Trim has been building custom cabinetry, staircases, mantels and closet systems out of Harvey, Louisiana since 1985.

Four decades in, the work is still almost entirely referral-driven — no showroom, no sales team, just one job leading to the next. Every project starts as rough lumber and shop drawings, and leaves as a fitted, finished piece — built to the room, not off a shelf, from first measurement through final install.
